About this teacher
Hi! I’m Shirley, a fitness instructor with a strong background in science. For the past 15 years, I’ve been leading a variety of fitness classes, including different styles of Pilates such as Menopause Pilates and Stretch and Tone, for all levels from beginners to advanced.
I truly love what I do! Teaching allows me to meet new people, make friends, and help others feel better in their bodies. It also keeps me active and healthy, something I believe is essential for both a happy mind and a strong body. One of the most rewarding parts of my job is watching people grow stronger, more confident, and more in tune with themselves as classes progress.
