These sessions will continue from the initial 8 or 10 week course. We will continue to look and develop how we manage our thoughts and live our life through Mindfulness.
You will learn to:
Be present and develop a regular Mindfulness practice.
Be less judgmental of ourselves and others.
Be kind to ourselves and others
Manage the Difficulties which present themselves in our lives
Develop acceptance and gratitude
This leads us to develop Insights about ourselves and our lives.
NB You are welcome to join the class if you have previously studied Mindfulness or any classes with Sheila face to face or on zoom.
The class is suitable for to join if you have previously studied Mindfulness and want to re establish your practice.
