Course synopsis

Founded by Joseph Pilates, this exercise method improves flexibility, posture, and abdominal strength. A mind and body class leaving you feeling taller, leaner and mentally refreshed.

Improvers class is at 15.20

This class is for those of you who have completed Pilates at beginners level and are ready to progress to the different options available.

Beginners class is at 16.20

This class is ideal for beginners  and those with ongoing  health issues or  in rehabilitation.
