Founded by Joseph Pilates, this exercise method improves flexibility, posture, and abdominal strength. A mind and body class leaving you feeling taller, leaner and mentally refreshed.

This class is for those of you who have completed Pilates at beginners level and are ready to progress to the different options available.

This class is also ideal for beginners  and those with ongoing  health issues or  in rehabilitation.
