This day retreat offers an experiential day of mindfulness in which you can relax with like-minded people. You will experience a calm day in which you can step out of a busy life and enjoy a mindful day. During the day we will explore what Mindfulness really is all about, and how we can cultivate a mindfulness practice into our lives. You will be invited to try out some core mindful practices and you will learn how mindfulness can support your ongoing wellbeing, leading you to a less stressful and hectic way of life.
Who is this retreat for? This retreat is for anyone who would enjoy a 'day of calm'. If you are new to Mindfulness you can discover what it is all about. If you have experienced Mindfulness before there will be some new practices for you to try. For more experienced meditators and those who have previously completed a 6/8 week course in Mindfulness it will be a day to refresh your own practice and try out new practices. Numbers are limited to 18, book your spot early.
Please note:
Please bring a yoga mat so that you can experience some Mindfulness exercises lying down. This is not compulsory if you are more comfortable you are welcome to sit on a chair.
The cafeteria will be open for drinks and snacks, please bring your packed lunch with you.
