Information
This course is suitable for beginners and to those with some jewellery making experience.
Making a ring is a great project to lay some firm foundations in jewellery making.
You will learn a wide range of jewellery making skills such as: • Piercing • Filing • Annealing • Soldering • Basic Forming • Basic hammering • Texturing • Polishing • Twisting • Learning to measure your ring size and then make up a ring to fit.
At the end of the day you will leave with a unique ring and a good foundation of skills in jewellery making. Copper will be provided and students are welcome to bring their own silver but silver can be purchased on the day from the tutor.
