A "Kaffeeklatsch" represents a get together between friends. Over a cup of tea or coffee and a piece of cake news are exchanged and discussed. It is a time to have a good catch-up.
For the first time, the Guild will be offering an opportunity of this nature to learners of German who have achieved A2 level. We will be meeting for three consecutive Wednesdays in August (7th, 14th and 21st) from 1pm until 3pm to use our German for conversation purposes in pairs, small groups as well as the whole group. The sessions will be supported and guided by a German native speaker and will be stand-alone (Pay as you go) and non course-specific and hence open to all who bring a level of German which allows them to communicate with some fluency. We hope that you will be able to join us for a cup of tea/coffee and some cake/biscuits.
