This retreat offers an experiential day of relaxation with like- minded people. You can step out of a busy life and enjoy a mindful day. During the day you will be invited to try out some core practices and techniques from Mindfulness, Neuroplasticity and Positive Phsychology and learn how they can help us to cultivate a more mindful, positive live style.
Who is this retreat for? This retreat is for anyone who would enjoy a 'Day of Calm'. If you are new to these techniques you can discover what it is all about and decide if you wish to bring them into your life.
The day is also suitable for more experienced meditators and those who have previously completed a 6/8 week course in Mindfulness it will be a day to refresh your own practice and try out new practices.
Please bring a yoga/gym mat if you have one and warm clothes for relaxation.
This day will give you a taster for the Autumn Course - Manage your Stress and Overthinking a 10 week course commencing in the September term. Numbers are limited to 15, so book your spot early.
