Course synopsis

Sigrid is an Iyengar yoga trained instructor of 35 years' experience.

Iyengar Yoga is a system of precise movements and techniques for safely attaining accurate postures and increasing strength and flexibility. It is an excellent preventative measure against injury and stress in daily activities, work, and sport. Other benefits are improved sleep, energy levels and a great sense of wellbeing.

Absolute beginners are most welcome in the Autumn term. Improvers only from January onwards please.
