Course synopsis
The Chinese Art of Tai-Chi uses gentle, flowing movements to improve balance, coordination and posture. You will learn a short tai chi form sequence together with Qigong (breathing) exercises to boost energy levels and reduce stress. Suitable for all ages and fitness levels.
Summer course is four weeks in duration:
