Course synopsis
Are you in your second or third trimester of pregnancy and wanting to stay active? or 6 weeks post natural birth or 10 weeks post C-section (both with doctor sign off) and wanting to improve your fitness?
Bring your baby to these varied exercise classes combining cardio, toning and yoga to improve your fitness and feel stronger. Exercises can be done whilst holding baby, carrying baby in a sling or letting your baby play on the mat whilst you workout - whatever works, all exercises can be adapted to suit you!
Feel the benefits of exercising during and after pregnancy: reducing risk of complications, relieve stress, improve your core strength and ease aches and pains.
