Course synopsis

Squat, lift, lunge and squeeze your way through this fun workout, working through a combination of light cardio and toning exercises designed to work the entire lower body.

LBT classes will help you to target common problem areas, develop your functional strength, build muscle and tone up. 

All exercises can be adapted to suit you.

The class finishes with a deep stretch to counteract any muscle soreness and helping you feel that you've worked the whole body.
