Course synopsis
Iyengar is a yoga system of precise movements and postures designed to develop or improve suppleness, strength and stamina and promote mental and physical well-being. It can be both invigorating and relaxing. Many find it enhances their health and supports their general lifestyle, in an enjoyable way, improving core stability and balance.
Please feel welcome to try this Iyengar Yoga class, whether you are a beginner or an improver.
