Course synopsis

These Hatha yoga classes focus on building strength, enjoying a range of movement and connecting mind, body and breath. Each class begins with relaxation, to calm the mind and bring awareness to the present moment. We then build towards increasingly strengthening, breath-led postures throughout the class. Towards the end of the class we have a longer relaxation practice and close with a short meditation.

All ages and fitness levels are welcome.
