Course synopsis
Description: This course is suitable for learners with very basic English knowledge. You will learn English grammar for beginners and improve your ability to communicate in everyday situations with new and useful vocabulary. The lessons are fun, interactive and will boost your confidence! You will work with a small group of learners at the same level and we will use a course book to improve skills in reading, listening, writing and speaking. You will be given the course book details so you can purchase it in advance.
Over the year we will have three terms. You will register for each term separately. Each lesson lasts two hours and you will attend classes once a week on a Monday morning.
The book we are using is English File Pre-intermediate (A2+)
Assessment: There is classroom testing at the end of each term. A pass will lead to a certificate confirming your attainment level.
Fee: This is a free course. You are only required to pay an enrolment fee of £25 per student per term to book your place.
