Course synopsis

Maria will be teaching a Dynamic Pilates class which is available to all levels of ability.

Pilates is an exercise system that focuses on stretching and strengthening the whole body to improve muscle strength, balance, flexibility and posture.  Pilates will improve your posture, your flexibility and you will develop strong ABS and core strength.

Bring your own mat. Maria will have a couple of spares if necessary.
