This class is largely chair-based but with the freedom to explore both standing and seated postures without the chair should you wish. The class contains gentle movement, breath-work and guided relaxation/mediation whilst incorporating classical yoga philosophy elements that help us move towards greater wellbeing, joy and fulfilment.
Everyone will be supported to do as much or as little as they wish with each class tailored to the needs of the individuals.
Suitable for complete beginners and those with mobility limitations. Carers very welcome.
There will be no chair yoga on Thursday 14th September, instead Jane will take the class on Thursday 7 December
