Course synopsis
This is a deep muscle-toning and stretch exercise class, with a fun warm-up (to music) and ending with relaxation.
10am class is suitable for all ages and abilities.
11.15am class is designed specifically for individuals who haven't exercised in a while and are looking for a gentle reintroduction to physical activity. By focusing on chair-based exercises, it provides a supportive and accessible way to build strength, flexibility, and endurance without the need for standing or high-impact movements. The use of the chair allows participants to perform a variety of exercises safely, reducing the risk of injury and ensuring that everyone can participate comfortably regardless of their current fitness level. This makes it an ideal choice for those seeking a more manageable and confidence-building workout experience.
