Hi I'm Jude, mum to 4 kids and our energetic golden-doodle Barney. I have always had a passion for exercise and have trained in many different areas as I always like to challenge myself and believe you can never stop learning! I'm a personal trainer specialising in making my clients the best version of themselves - we have one body and we need to look after it!
I instruct regular classes blending different types of exercise into a unique Total Body Workout incorporating cardio, strength, agility, balance, core and more. My pleasure is helping clients become stronger, healthier, fitter, more flexible, improve posture and slow down the inevitable effects of ageing.
I also offer small group and one-to-one private sessions in my studio. I love a challenge and motivating my clients to enjoy keeping fit and making positive movement & wellness part of their lifestyle. I have worked with clients with dementia, MS, auto-immune disease, chronic fatigue, ante and postnatal, shoulder, back and knee injuries, to name a few.
The class I am offering is a 30-minute full body workout to give you a fun, low impact energy boosting session suitable for those with some level of fitness. I want it to be fun, for you to see improvements in your fitness, health and wellbeing & excite you to come back for more!
