Co-op Community Fund!
We are thrilled to have been chosen for the next round of the Co-op Community Fund!
Co-op members will be able to choose The Guild as their cause and help raise money in-store every time they shop.
Our Cause
We would like to run a series of courses for adults to gain a qualification in youth mental health first aid. This course is specifically designed for supporting children 8 years and over.
Children and young people's mental wellbeing is a community initiative. We would provide accredited mental health and wellbeing courses to provide knowledge, support and prevent poor mental health developing. We would provide sustainable resources for participants to become wellbeing champions in their local areas. As an example, they could pass on that knowledge to local schools, other parents.
A huge thank you to the Co-op Community Fund for choosing to support our future initiatives. It'll be wonderful to be able to help more people through our social activities, wellbeing courses and routes to employment scheme.
