This years new year lunch will tale place at the Alderley Edge Hotel, SK9 7BJ on Thursday 30th January, 12 for 12.30 start. The afternoon includes a floral demo by the fabulous Mark Entwistle titled "This, that and a bit of the other"

Warm bread to start
Fillet of Salmon, herb and olive crushed new potatoes, seasonal vegetables, tomato and red pepper sauce.

Woodland mushroom and spinach risotto, parmesan crisp, soft poached egg, herb truffle oil.

Baked cherry and ameretti cheesecake with a black cherry puree, pistachio ice cream.
