The Guild Players is the oldest group in the Guild. For over 80 years we have been entertaining appreciative audiences with a range of comedy, drama and pantomime.
Experienced hands and newcomers will receive a warm welcome to our friendly group. Opportunities are available in acting, directing, lighting, sound, set design/construction, stage management, wardrobe, play selection/casting, front of house and publicity. Membership ensures a ticket for every Guild Players production. Also free loan of costumes from the wardrobe.

The Guild Players are currently seeking talented performers of all ages and experience to join our cast for the upcoming production of Aladdin. This festive pantomime, written by Norman Robbins, will be staged at the Guild Theatre this Christmas.
Whether you're an aspiring actor or a behind-the-scenes enthusiast, we invite you to be part of this festive pantomime.
Auditions take place on Friday 27th September at 7.30pm at the Guild.
