Total body toning with Maria is a high rep endurance strength workout targeting the whole body. The routine alternates groups of lower and upper body exercises and ends with a core section.
This class is suitable for everybody as Maria can adapt all exercises to suit the individual. Maria has taught this class in a range of settings for a variety of clients.
For this taster session we encourage you to bring your own weights if you have some (1, 2 kg dumbbells or ankle or wrists weights) If not, maybe bottle of water or tinned goods. You can do the workout without equipment also.
