You will be cooking a selection from the following:
Baccala Alla Veneziana (Venetian style cod)
Bieda ripassata in padella (Swiss chard with anchovies black olives, chillies flakes, capers)
Fragomisu' (tiramisu with lemon juice, strawberries and Yogurt)
A delicate meal to start the new Guild year in a healthy way.
