Information

A one-day workshop designed to encourage new writers. Come and build confidence by trying different types of writing and expect to be gently challenged in a way that's stimulating and fun. Even if you suspect you don't have a creative bone in your body, you may surprise yourself with the quality of writing you produce. Have a go at finding ideas for stories, play with some poetry, delve into your life experiences for a memoir or two and by the end of the day you'll have acquired some essential techniques for your writer's toolbox.

Ideal for anyone drawn to creative writing but is unsure how to begin. Also for anyone with some writing experience who wants to learn new stuff with a group of like-minded people.
