Join me for a day of relaxation and learning. You can step out of a busy life and enjoy a mindful day. During the day you will be invited to try out some core practices and techniques from Mindfulness, Neuroplasticity and Positive Psychology. You will learn how to cultivate a more mindful, stress free, positive life style.

Who should take this course:-

Anyone who would enjoy a day to relax the mind & body.

If you have taken the Day of Calm in 2023 this Day Course will follow on and give you some new techniques to experience.

You will experience some techniques and exercises that you can then take home and practice.
